If i use nail polish remover to remove dry erase marker from a locker will it take off the paint!?

HELP!!! i need by monday! thanks so much!If i use nail polish remover to remove dry erase marker from a locker will it take off the paint!?
My fridge had dry erase marker on it... The ONLY THING that worked was a combination of the Mr.Clean Magic Eraser dipped in Nail polish remover. BE SURE to wipe with damp cloth, and dry afterward or it will leave a residue. I think the locker should be just as successful. If i use nail polish remover to remove dry erase marker from a locker will it take off the paint!?
not if the locker is coated with a baked enamel finish. It'll be fine.

Although if it is dry erase (and not sharpie or permanent marker) then there are dry erase cleaners at places like office depot and similar that will remove dry erase marker
yes will most likely remove paint. will dissolve varnish and finish, may dissolve paint depending on the kind.

try rubbing alcohol, spry nine or another cleanser.
What? lockers don't have paint on them do they? Or at least I have never seen nothing but metal lockers so um no~
nope. they sell stuff to remove dry erase marker; your teachers might have some if you ask nicely.
it probably will. depends on the paint.
depends what paint they used...but if you use a little to just take it off it shouldnt..dont scrub.
yeah it should
i depends on what type of paint they used
sorry i will not
you'll never know till you try

why is it in the laundry section
i am pretty sure it wont
i don't think so but to be on the safe side use hair spray :)
