How come nail polish remover is warm in the bottle but really cold when you put it on a cotton ball?

There is a lot of alcohol in nail polish remover and when alcohol hits air it seems a lot colder than it actually is because it has a cooling feel to it.How come nail polish remover is warm in the bottle but really cold when you put it on a cotton ball?
The alcohol in the remover evaporates very quickly on a cotton ball (or your finger) and evaporation makes it seem colder. How come nail polish remover is warm in the bottle but really cold when you put it on a cotton ball?
Because its combines with the chemicals in the nail polish. And it turns cold!
