Can you put on nail polish at wal*mart or some other store without buying it?

i have seen people putting on nail polish at wal*mart before and i was wondering if your allowed to do itCan you put on nail polish at wal*mart or some other store without buying it?
i have done it before just to see what it looks like,


but i don't think you're allowed to do it because you're using something you haven't paid for, then if you don't like it and end up putting it back the next person who picks it up unknowingly gets ripped off because you used some.Can you put on nail polish at wal*mart or some other store without buying it?
most stores don't mind you applying a small amount to see how the color looks against your skin. however, giving yourself a full, free manicure is a different story.

no i don't think so, unless it's there own nail polish and you don't realize, or there free samples....maybe they used it without permission? i'm not sure
