no, i got this really pretty ring from claires, but it was from claires and it started to turn the cooper collar and i didnt want it to, so i painted it with clear nail polish and it worked. it worked really good and my finger doesnt turn green anymore. i dont know what color nail polish or what type of ring you want to polish, but it should work. however i dont know how to get it off if thats what you're looking for-srrryIs it bad to put nail polish on a ring?
No. Well I don't know if you are but my sister is alergic to like all metals except gold and silver so we put clear nail polish on everything. her pants metal, belts, back of jewlery. Adn it hasn't effected anything. and tahnk god not my sister's skin either.
No, we used to put clear nail polish on a ring or necklace if you were allergic to it or if it is cheap metal so it doesn't turn green.
