Last year, i constantly used nail polish and wouldn't take it off for a long time.?

now they are obviously losing the smoother quality and those lines that appear on nails are showing, and even though they are still healthy looking, im soworried that if i put on more nailpolish, the quality will dissapear and the whole nail will get too fragile. will that actually happen?Last year, i constantly used nail polish and wouldn't take it off for a long time.?
Those are probably just ridges from a little bit of dryness and irritation from the polish. They shouldn't be making your nails any weaker or more fragile. Just use some hand lotion regularly to keep your cuticles and nails moistened, and they will be fine.Last year, i constantly used nail polish and wouldn't take it off for a long time.?
massage them with almond or olive oil or lemon juice.

let them breathe every day or atleast alternate day

soak them in warm water +salt for 10 mins

take calcium n protein in ur diet

good luck n dont worry
I wouldn't worry, just let your nails breath for at least a week, i leave mine on for a week then i leave it off for a week. Hope this helps
I have someone in my husband's family that I NEVER saw wearing other than her acrylic nails...I wonder how her natural nails must be!! Dob't worry, let your nails breathe from time to time, and when you have an occasion put nail polish. It won't hurt your nails! :-) You can buffer your natural nails to make them look smoother and shinier when you don't wear nail polish!
